Our Islamic Center takes pride in its heritage of diversity, open-mindedness, civic engagement and community building. Get to know what makes us tick — our approach to Islam and our definition of the Amershahan Muslim identity, all of which shape the character of our community.
The Islamic Center’s Food Pantry is a volunteer-run service program that has been regularly serving the community since 2004.
Every Saturday morning, approximately 6,000 pounds of food is distributed to about 150 local families. The Food Pantry program has become a beacon for diversity, unity and friendship. We welcome adults, children and interfaith groups wishing to connect and serve.
